#10 Fine Mineral Salt
This is our natural salt, crushed and screened to the size of coarse sand making it ideal for feed mixing or free choice feeding of most any livestock. It has all the natural minerals, but nothing else is added or changed so it qualifies for use in organic operations. Livestock prefer it over any other salt on the market.

#4 Medium Mineral Salt
This is our natural salt crushed and screened to the size of kernels of wheat making it idea for free choice feeding in windy conditions because it won’t blow out of the feeders like a finer salt will do. It is the most popular size for sheep operations, but can be used for any large animals.

Natural Mineral Crushed Salt + Added Minerals

Selenium 30 Mineral Salt
For sheep, cattle or horses in selenium deficient areas. This is our natural salt as a base and then we add a trace mineral package containing zinc, manganese, cobalt, copper, iodine, and selenium. It is stocked in 50 lb bags and can be special ordered in 2000 lb totes.

Selenium 90 Mineral Salt
For multiple animal species that require a high level of selenium. This is the same as the Selenium 30 except that we boost the Selenium all the way to 90 ppm Selenium.

High Iodized Mineral Salt
For feedlot or pasture livestock. We use organic iodine (E.D.D. I.) which some say was used from 1960 to 1980 for foot rot and pink eye. This is stocked in 50 lb bags, but can be special ordered in 2000 lb totes.

Some of our customers like us to add additional minerals to the 60 minerals that Redmond comes with. Send us your recipe and we will let you know what the cost would be to make it with Redmond Salt. Minimum order size for custom mixes is 100 – 50 lb bags (5000 lbs).
